Injection molding of a football helmet:
Project Objective: The aim of this project is to do CAE injection molding analysis of a football helmet using Autodesk Moldflow. To analyze various parameters such as weld lines, Air traps, Filling time etc. and then to use that data and make optimizations to make it more suitable for molding.
